- 4 Cups Finely chopped vegetables

- Cooked chickpeas/ Lentils/ Beans Ingredient idea

- Cooked cubes of butternut squash Ingredient idea

Instructions
- Lay out either a plate or small bowls each with a different ingredient in them
- Let your child build their rainbow meal!
- This is a great activity for exposing your child to many components. If your child seems scared – ask them to prepare a meal for you instead
- Focus on enjoyment and fun rather than the amount that is consumed at this meal
