Rose’s Wraps
This was created for Rose to boost nutrition when she only liked carbs!

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cassava flour
- 1/4 Cup Each of psyllium husk powder, chia seeds and flax seeds
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Cups Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Blend all dry ingredients in your blender until they form a fine flour
- Pour into a bowl and add water
- Mix until a dough forms and leave to sit for 5 mins
- Cut into 4 then each piece into 2 so you have around 8 bits
- Take one piece of parchment and flour the surface lightly
- Place one round of dough on the floured parchment. Place another sheet on top. Flatten out with a rolling pin and roll out thinly. Heat a pan on medium heat (do not add oil)
- Dry fry in a pan for 1-2 mins on each side
