Rose’s Wraps

This was created for Rose to boost nutrition when she only liked carbs!
Total Time 20 minutes
Course Lunch, Snack
Servings 8 Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cassava flour
  • 1/4 Cup Each of psyllium husk powder, chia seeds and flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Cups Water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Blend all dry ingredients in your blender until they form a fine flour
  • Pour into a bowl and add water
  • Mix until a dough forms and leave to sit for 5 mins
  • Cut into 4 then each piece into 2 so you have around 8 bits
  • Take one piece of parchment and flour the surface lightly
  • Place one round of dough on the floured parchment. Place another sheet on top. Flatten out with a rolling pin and roll out thinly. Heat a pan on medium heat (do not add oil)
  • Dry fry in a pan for 1-2 mins on each side
